Eric Borduas
Chief Executive Officer
With more than 30 years of experience in the sign and visual dΓ©cor industry, Eric Borduas brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial grit and strategic vision to his role as Chief Executive Officer of Identity Group.
His roots in the company and industry run deep. He began his career with Allen Screen Printing in 1995 as a 100% commissioned salesperson, securing Hannaford as his first major account that same year. In 1998, Eric became an owner of Allen Screen Printing and led the business through 17 years of successful growth before it was acquired by Identity Group in 2015.
In the years that followed, he played an integral role in shaping the company's trajectory β leading VP-level initiatives, supporting key strategic accounts, and steering critical operational transitions, including the consolidation from Scarborough to Brunswick in May 2019. Beyond his operational leadership, he is also one of the original founders of Identity Groupβs visual dΓ©cor division, shaping capabilities that continue to differentiate Identity Group with customers across grocery and retail.
As CEO, Eric's focus is clear β grow by putting customers first, operate with excellence, and bring Identity Group's teams together as one. He sees these not as separate initiatives, but as connected commitments that will position the company for its most successful chapter yet.
Bob Tate
President
Bob Tate was named President of Identity Group in October 2024. Prior to that, he was Identity Groupβs Chief Financial Officer and oversaw all aspects of our financial and business system activities since April 2018 when he joined the Company.
Previously Bob served as the CFO for Orchid Orthopedic Solutions. He also held CFO and key financial positions at IMDS, Flextronics, and Avail Medical Products.
Bob earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas Christian University as well as a Masters of International Business, International Finance from the University of South Carolina-Columbia.
Bryan Hara
Chief Revenue Officer
Bryan Hara was named Chief Revenue Officer of Identity Group in December 2019. He is responsible for expanding new and existing revenue channels by leading a team of seasoned sales professionals.
Prior to joining Identity Group, Bryan served as the VP of Client Engagement for Schawk Inc. During his 19-year tenure with this company, he held positions as the Director of Client Engagement - Asia Pacific, VP of International Business, and more. Bryan started his career in corporate real estate sales in Beijing, China.
Bryan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business with a minor in Asian languages. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and earned a certificate from Beijing Language and Cultural University in Chinese language.
Lee Brantley
Chief Administrative Officer
Lee Brantley is the Chief Administrative Officer for Identity Group and is responsible for overseeing Finance, IT, Legal, and Real Estate, as well as all people functions including HR policy, internal communications, recruitment, talent management, employee development and benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Lee has held a variety of positions within Identity Group since joining the company in 2010. He began as the Director of HR and was promoted to Executive VP of HR and then Chief Human Resources Officer before assuming his current role.
These progressive leadership roles reflect a career grounded in over 30 years of Human Resources expertise, which has expanded to encompass broad administrative and operational leadership across the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. His Electrical Engineering background gives him a technical perspective that complements his people-focused leadership β a fitting combination for a manufacturing environment.
Josh Wolfgram
Vice President of Operations
Josh Wolfgram is the Vice President of Operations for Identity Group and is responsible for all Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain for Identity Group.
Based in Maine, Josh has been a part of Identity Group since 2002. He has held positions in procurement, planning, and operations management. He has played a pivotal role in the growth of Identity Group, implementing new technologies and manufacturing channels to the organization.
Josh holds a BS Degree in Graphic Communications from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University.
Karly Hakes
Vice President of Client Services
Karly Hakes is Vice President of Client Services at Identity Group, where she directs execution across a diverse portfolio of signage projects and national accounts ranging from individual projects to large scale, multi-site rollouts and rebrands.
Based in Wichita, Kansas, she focuses on aligning cross functional teams, improving operational flow, and ensuring consistent delivery for clients.
With over 20 years of experience in the signage and construction related industries, Karly brings a comprehensive understanding of project execution from concept through installation. Her background spans design, production, project management, and sales, enabling her to connect teams across the organization and drive more cohesive and scalable ways of working.
Karly joined Identity Groupβs Project Management team in 2019 and has since advanced through key leadership roles including Director of Project Management, and Senior Director of Preproduction and Customer Experience. Her progression reflects both her operational depth and her ability to take on increasingly complex challenges within the business.
In her current role, Karly plays a central role in shaping how work moves through the organization from early-stage planning through execution, while supporting key initiatives focused on process improvement, system integration, and long-term operational performance.
Clayton Brown
VP of Transformation & Profit
Clayton joined Identity Group in 2020 as Head of Pricing Strategy and Profit to partner with executive leadership in driving revenue growth and margin expansion through disciplined commercial strategy, ongoing business analysis, and manufacturing capability expansion
His work in manufacturing capability expansion enabled the company to serve customers as a complete signage company.
Prior to joining Identity Group, Clayton drove margin improvement through pricing strategy and led a team of pricing analysts at Tractor Supply Company, one of the nation's largest farm and rural lifestyle retailers. Earlier in his career he held roles in pricing analytics, entrepreneurship, and wealth management, including founding and successfully exiting Morton & Mabel, a premium children's apparel brand.
Clayton holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Illinois.
Angie Harris Oakley
Head of Finance
Angie joined Identity Group in 2010 as a Cost Accountant and has since held several positions within the Finance Department.
In 2020, she was promoted to Senior Director of IT Solutions and Financial Planning & Analysis. She oversees a team of seasoned IT and IS professionals and is responsible for Data Integrity and Financial Planning and Analysis for Identity Group.
Previously, Angie held various manufacturing accounting positions at Nielsen Bainbridge LLC, Mueller Industries, Eaton Corporation, and ArvinMeritor.
Angie holds a BS Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University.
