Shipping policy

Production and lead time. Every sign is made to order. Lead time is how long your order takes to make, and it doesn't include shipping time. Evacuation maps go into production only after you approve the proof, and they start at 15–20 business days. If you're ordering several signs, we suggest ordering evacuation maps separately.

Carrier and tracking. All orders ship by FedEx. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Shipping costs. Your shipping charge depends on where it's going, how big the order is, the shipping option you choose, and any contract your company has with Identity Group. Handling is charged separately. It covers the protective film, foam, cut-to-size cartons and labor to pack your signs safely.

Where we ship. Within the United States

Damaged or missing packages. If your order arrives damaged, or FedEx shows it as delivered but you didn't get it, call Customer Service at (800) 325-7409 or email help@identitygroup.com right away. We'll work with FedEx and send a replacement within the standard production time.
